Born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany, with Persian and Greek roots that awakened my love for diversity and human connection from an early age. For the past ten years, I worked as a flight attendant, traveling to over 55 countries and exploring cultures, holistic lifestyles, and alternative ways of living that continue to inspire me today.

In 2023, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certified by Yoga Alliance. My language skills – fluent in Portuguese, German, and English, with basic knowledge of Greek and Spanish – helped me absorb new teachings and connect deeply with people and cultures. Later, I also became a certified SUP Yoga instructor (100 hours).

Since 2018, Bahia has been my home, and in 2024 I finally fulfilled my dream of moving to Itacaré, a small surf and fishing village on the tropical coast. A place of wild beauty where the forest meets the sea, and where my heart found its rhythm in surfing, nature, and community.

Today, I live between Germany and Brazil – balancing urban life with the barefoot simplicity by the sea. Besides teaching, I work as a UGC Creator and influencer, combining creativity, storytelling, and connection in a way that truly reflects who I am.
